We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance service requests.
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.
Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.

Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
