Administrative Receptionist – HOA/Condo (Temporary-to-Permanent)
Location: Hollywood, Florida 33021 | Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
A well-established HOA/Condo community in Hollywood, FL 33021 is looking for a professional Administrative Receptionist! This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with immediate start.
What You’ll Do:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist residents with questions and service requests
Maintain organized files and community records
Support the property management team with daily office tasks
Process and track work orders
Keep the front office presentable and welcoming
Requirements:
Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience required
Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in multifamily, single-family, or real estate preferred
