Administrative Receptionist – HOA/Condo (Temporary-to-Permanent)
Location: Hollywood, Florida 33021 | Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday

A well-established HOA/Condo community in Hollywood, FL 33021 is looking for a professional Administrative Receptionist! This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with immediate start.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Assist residents with questions and service requests

  • Maintain organized files and community records

  • Support the property management team with daily office tasks

  • Process and track work orders

  • Keep the front office presentable and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience required

  • Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in multifamily, single-family, or real estate preferred
