Previous apartment leasing experience is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience in the multifamily apartment industry. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (asking questions, utilizing completed guest cards, etc.).

• Inspect model and available “market-ready” apartments and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on the agreed-upon date.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

• Support and contribute positively to the community team.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
