Are you ready to make a difference in a apartment community? We are seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team for immediate openings!

What You'll Do:

• Tackle maintenance service requests with a can-do attitude.
• Get market-ready units prepared by removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs).
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliances.
• Install locks and create keys for secure access.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and ensure they shine bright!
• Keep our community clean by removing trash from office areas and around the property daily.
• Assist in the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and common areas.
