Temporary Laundry Room Cleaning Support

We are seeking reliable temporary support to assist with cleaning and maintaining our community laundry rooms. This role focuses on deep cleaning, pressure washing, and sanitation to ensure laundry facilities are clean, safe, and presentable for residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pressure wash laundry room floors, walls, and entry areas as needed

• Deep clean laundry rooms, including machines, surfaces, and high-touch areas

• Remove dirt, debris, lint, and buildup to maintain a clean, sanitary environment

• Identify and report pest activity and sanitation concerns (“debugging”)

• Support basic pest-prevention efforts, including cleaning drains and sealing gaps

• Ensure laundry rooms are organized, safe, and resident-ready

• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor
